Job / Group Overview:
The Equity and Deferred Compensation team manages all aspects of the firm’s Deferred Compensation on a global basis, including award vesting and payment, stock buyouts, equity award trading and award administration. The role focuses on supporting the end-to-end administration of the firm’s Deferred Compensation programs, including Restricted Stock Units, phantom stock awards, and performance-based awards. It provides an excellent prospect to develop expertise within the Equity and Deferred Compensation function by supporting day-to-day operations and global projects.
