Senior Technical Consultant Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary customer-facing consultant for Revenue Management (RM) and Dynamic Pricing solutions.
Build robust customer relationships and effectively navigate complex business discussions with senior stakeholders.
Drive solution adoption by advising customers on industry best practices and business processes.
Analyze large datasets and present actionable business insights through reports and visualizations.
Work closely with Data Science teams to understand and explain model behavior, calibration, and business impact.
Develop customer adoption roadmaps and provide strategic business consultancy.
Identify business growth and upsell opportunities while supporting pre-sales activities.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
9-10 years of experience in the Airline industry (mandatory), preferably in:
Revenue Management (RM)
Pricing
Network Planning
Master's Degree (mandatory) in Business Management, Engineering, Operations Research,



Data Science, or a related field.
Strong customer-facing consulting experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage difficult customer conversations and influence stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with SQL, reporting, data analysis, and visualization tools.
Exposure to Data Science-driven products/solutions and data interpretation.
Fluent in English.
