Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Site Management

Lead and manage day-to-day construction activities at site for mechanical and MEP works.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.




Supervise installation of HVAC systems, utility piping systems, firefighting systems and mechanical equipment (chillers, AHUs, compressors, pumps, etc.)
Ensure proper sequencing and coordination with civil, electrical, and instrumentation works.
Monitor site productivity, identify bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions.

Contract & Vendor Management

Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of scope.
Review and monitor contractor performance against scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Support billing certification, verification of quantities, and contract compliance.
Handle change orders, variation management, and claims for mechanical scope.
Participate in vendor meetings and coordination reviews.

Planning & Monitoring

Work closely with planning engineers to track project schedules and milestones.
Monitor progress vs baseline schedule and flag delays or ris
