What You Will Do
This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Design Engineering team,



with support from Senior Lead/Lead Engineers.
Supervise, mentor a team of Design Engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Lead a team with an appropriate mix of skills and experience to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that meet customer, program, and business objectives.
Provide technical leadership and direction across the design lifecycle, ensuring compliance with aerospace design standards
Drive the execution of design activities from concept through detailed design, qualification, certification, and production support.
Plan and manage team capacity, resource allocation, and workload across multiple programs and priorities.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to support technical growth and career development.
Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and technical development of new Design Engineer
