This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Advertising Operations Coordinator based in India.
This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity supporting a Performance Marketing team with the day-to-day operations that keep digital advertising accounts running smoothly.
You will work across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, helping with account setup, budgets, audits, tagging, and recurring maintenance.
The role also has an key reporting component, including maintaining dashboards, spreadsheets, and advertising reports with a strong focus on accuracy.
You will coordinate incoming operational requests, manage competing priorities, and ensure recurring tasks are completed on time.
The position is well suited to someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and takes pride in organization and attention to detail.
You will work independently in a fast-moving remote environment while collaborating closely with marketing team members and leadership.

Accountabilities:
Support the creation and setup of new Google Ads accounts as part of client onboarding.
Configure conversion actions and payment profiles and assist with related account setup activities.
Conduct routine Google Ads account audits and complete call tracking audits and tagging tasks.
Update advertising budgets across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Capture relevant campaign information and screenshots for internal stakeholders.
Perform recurring advertising account maintenance and operational tasks.
Build, maintain, and audit digital advertising reports to ensure information remains accurate and current.
Populate weekly reporting spreadsheets and maintain advertising dashboards.
