We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Global Procurement Analyst
In this role, you will:
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities (e.g., for Business, Customers and Stakeholders; internal control environment, etc.)

Work with Global Procurement Change and Innovation to define, assess and understand requirements aligned to the strategic outcomes of project.




Supporting the definition of high-level requirements for any programme of work
Support requirements life cycle management/solution design.
Support the programme management with impact assessment for change requests.
Responsibility for documenting detailed requirements.
Always acts in the HSBC’s best interests and willing to openly discuss potentially difficult topics
Work closely with project team and delivery stakeholders to ensure smooth change delivery.
Support of Change Management activities such as early change planning and audience analysis through to designing and delivering change interventions (e.g., communications, training, support, organization alignment).
Establish relationships with key project stakeholders.
Creation of end-to-end process maps supporting requirements
Other supporting activities within the Programme as required, such as leading a workstream
Analyst role is heavily business focused, it is not an IT role.
