Job Introduction:
Provides technical leadership in designing and building scalable, high-performance systems. Leads key engineering initiatives, mentors developers across teams,



and contributes to the evolution of Tekion’s platform architecture and engineering excellence.​
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Leads development of complex software solutions and ensures alignment with architectural direction and business objectives.
​Designs large-scale system components, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
​Partners with product managers and cross-functional leaders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Guides engineering best practices, code standards, and performance tuning across teams.
​Mentors and coaches engineers at all levels, supporting growth opportunities and engineering maturity.
​Investigates system-wide issues and drives root cause analysis and resolution strategies.​
