F&B; Manager

Position Summary
The F&B; Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end food and beverage operations across the client's corporate campus, ensuring exceptional dining experiences, operational excellence, food safety compliance, vendor management, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction. The role requires managing multiple cafeterias, pantry services, catering events, and driving innovation in workplace dining for a large IT client setting.




Key Responsibilities
F&B; Operations Management
Manage day-to-day food service operations across cafeterias, food courts, executive dining, and pantry services.
Ensure seamless delivery of breakfast, lunch, dinner, vending, and refreshment services.
Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure operational excellence.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with food service vendors, catering partners, and suppliers.
Review vendor performance through established KPIs and SLAs.
Collaborate with client stakeholders, HR, Workplace Experience, and Facilities teams.
Address employee feedback, complaints, and service improvement initiatives.
Food Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and food safety standards.
Implement HACCP and food hygiene practices across all food service areas.
