This role sits within an enterprise Identity and Access Management function, focusing on the engineering and operation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities. You will help protect critical cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments through secure, scalable, and highly automated access controls. The position combines security engineering, platform operations, automation, observability, and incident response in a global DevSecOps environment. You will work closely with customers, security teams, engineering specialists, technology partners, and vendors to maintain resilient identity services. The role offers broad exposure to complex enterprise technologies and global business operations. It is well suited to a security qualified who enjoys solving challenging technical problems while continuously improving reliability, automation, and security posture.

Accountabilities




Engineer and operate PAM services: Design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise Privileged Access Management solutions and associated security services across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Onboard identities and applications: Work directly with customers to onboard credentials, applications, roles, and privileged identities into appropriate PAM solutions.
Administer security platforms: Support solutions such as BeyondTrust Password Safe, Microsoft LAPS, Endpoint Privilege Management, Entra PIM, and related identity security technologies.
Strengthen security controls: Identify and mitigate security threats, enforce least-privilege principles, support IAM provisioning, and maintain secure and compliant platform configurations.
Apply SRE and DevSecOps practices: Improve service reliability, incident response, deployment processes, automation, and operational performance using SRE, CI/CD, a
