The position combines business process analysis, functional design, documentation, user engagement, and application support.
You will contribute to new development initiatives, enhancements, rollouts, and continuous improvements while ensuring solutions meet agreed scope and quality standards.
The role provides significant exposure to healthcare business processes, enterprise applications, Agile practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll also help strengthen team knowledge through training, documentation, knowledge sharing, and structured problem resolution.

Accountabilities:
Gather and analyze requirements: Engage with business users to understand new requirements, enhancement requests, process challenges, and customer needs, translating them into explicit functional requirements and use cases.
Design functional solutions: Translate business requirements into product-specific designs, configurations, detailed specifications, workflows, and supporting documentation for development and systems analysis teams.
Bridge business and technology: Act as a liaison between business users, internal information systems teams, application technology vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the solution lifecycle.
