Job Description:
As a Scrum Master at Rockwell Automation, you will help build Agile excellence across software development teams within our BTM Function. You will guide 1–3 agile teams, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and delivery excellence. Your leadership will help shape scalable solutions and ensure understanding of Secure Agile practices, directly helping product improvement and business growth. You will report to the Engineering Manager IT and work in a hybrid capacity from one of our India either Pune/Noida/Bangalore offices
