We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering

In this role, you will:

Design and implement highly scalable, fault tolerant and performant backend system
Design and evolve microservice, event driven architecture
Partner with Solution Architects, Product manager, other tech leads to translate business requirement into highly scalable systems
Contribute to system and API Design,



ensuring modularity, performance, maintainability
Ensuring Coding Standards and drive best practices in coding, testing and documentation
Mentor Junior engineer, conduct code review & provide technical leadership
Practical experience consuming and integrating LLM frameworks/APIs (LangChain, Spring AI, or equivalent) to build AI and agentic features, with Java or Python as the primary language
Proven experience helping build a product from a recent product vision — turning early concepts into a scalable platform through sound architecture and strong engineering foundations

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

Should have 12 to 15 years of experience
Extensive knowledge of Java 8+ / Python frame work, Spring / PythonFramework, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
Should have deep knowledge of Micro-Service Architecture, Principle & Patterns
Should demonstrate in depth know
