We are seeking a Revenue & Project Accounting Manager to oversee the revenue operations, billing, contract accounting, and project financial oversight. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely costumer invoicing, revenue recognition, contract compliance, billing efficiency, and seamless integration with Workday Skilled Services Automation (PSA). The position partners closely with Sales, Sales Ops, Legal, Project Management, FP&A;, and Corporate Accounting to ensure financial accuracy, operational scalability and GAAP compliance.
Key Responsibilities




Lead end-to-end revenue operations, including contract review, billing, revenue recognition, and collections oversight.
Ensure revenue recognition complies with U.S. GAAP (ASC 606), including proper allocation of performance obligations.
Oversee customer billing processes, including T&M;, milestone, fixed-fee, and subscription-based invoicing.
Manage contract setup and financial configuration within Workday PSA to ensure accurate project tracking and revenue treatment.
Partner with Legal and Sales Ops to review customer contracts and assess revenue impact.
Ensure accurate project setup, including cost rates, billing rates, revenue schedules, and project budgets.
Monitor project financial performance, including revenue, costs, margins, and percent-complete tracking.
Oversee deferred revenue, unbilled revenue, and contract asset/liability reconciliations.
Improve billing accuracy and cycle times, reducing manual processes
