This is a strategic technical leadership role focused on shaping and operating enterprise client virtualization services in a hybrid workplace.
You will lead L2 and L3 support while serving as the primary architect and technical thought leader for virtualization technologies.
The role has a strong focus on Citrix, with additional responsibility across Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and related solutions.
You will drive technology strategy, lifecycle management, security, service reliability, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with managed service providers and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure a consistent and high-quality end-user experience.
The position combines hands-on technical expertise, operational leadership, architecture, and transformation initiatives.

Accountabilities:
Lead the architecture, design, implementation, management, and continuous improvement of client virtualization technologies, with a primary focus on Citrix.
Define and execute strategic roadmaps for client virtualization services, aligning technology decisions with evolving business requirements.
Lead L2 and L3 support activities in collaboration with managed service providers and act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.
Oversee the complete lifecycle of virtualization environments, from deployment and provisioning through upgrades, transformation, migration, and decommissioning.
Manage application and desktop provisioning across supported virtualization platforms and technologies.
Establish strong operational practices, prioritizing work effectively and maintaining high standards across support and engineering teams.
