What you'll be responsible for




Enterprise Product Ownership
• Own the ServiceNow platform as a product, including vision, roadmap, and value realization
• Drive platform strategy and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities
• Serve as the single point of accountability for functional demand on ServiceNow
• Balance enhancements, recent builds, technical debt, and platform stability
Business Engagement & Demand Management
• Partner with business stakeholders across functions (HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Facilities, etc.)
• Lead structured demand intake and discovery to understand business needs
• Translate business problems into transparent product requirements and user stories
• Facilitate design discussions and guide stakeholders toward standard, scalable solutions
Planning, Prioritization & Roadmap
• Own and manage the ServiceNow backlog across functions
• Prioritize work based on business value, effort, risk, and strategic alignmen
