What you’ll own
We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Analyst to join our Enterprise Operations team, supporting the enterprise-wide implementation and optimisation of Salesforce across Enterprise (LOB). This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce solutions through comprehensive testing and quality assurance practices across the platform.
You will work closely with business analysts, product owners, developers, administrators, architects, release managers, and business stakeholders to validate that Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and deliver a seamless user experience. You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards throughout the software delivery lifecycle while supporting continuous improvement across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Design, plan,
and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce solutions and releases.
Validate business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring solutions meet expected business outcomes.
Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, test data, and test evidence in accordance with enterprise standards.
Support Agile delivery teams operating within Scrum, Kanban, and Secure Agile frameworks.
Execute testing activities across Salesforce capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
Identify, document, prioritise, and track defects through to resolution using JIRA and associated tooling.
Collaborate with developers, administrators, architects, and business analysts to investigate defects and validate fixes.
