Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site inspections to identify workplace hazards and ensure compliance with project HSE requirements.
Monitor construction activities and ensure adherence to approved safety procedures, permits,



and regulatory requirements.
Carry out risk assessments and job safety analyses for site activities and recommend appropriate control measures.
Support implementation of project health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and safety initiatives.
Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, awareness sessions, and training programs for site personnel and contractors.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, conduct root cause analyses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor the use, availability, and condition of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety systems.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and site management to promote a proactive safety culture across the project.
Prepare and maintain safety documentation, inspection reports, incident records, audits, and compliance reports.
