Short Description
Job Responsibilities1.AOI (Automated optical inspection),SPI (Solder Paste Inspection),and AXI (Automated X-ray Inspection) machines System Optimisation:



30%1.1 Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and tailor solutions accordingly1.2 Analyse and optimize AOI, AXI & SPI machine settings and inspection algorithms to achieve accurate defect detection with minimum false calls1.3 Conduct thorough testing and validation of AOI, AXI & SPI systems to ensure they meet or exceed performance expectations1.4 Stay updated with the latest advancements in AOI, AXI & SPI technology, industry trends, and best practices2.Customer Support: 30%2.1 Serve as a technical point of contact for customers, addressing their enquiries, concerns, and providing solutions to technical challenges2.2 Provide training and guidance to customers' technical teams on the setup, operation, and maintenance of AOI/AXI/SPI systems2.3 Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for AOI, AXI, and SPI systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful implementation.3.
