This role focuses on turning software adoption into measurable business outcomes within customer accounts.
You will work directly with users to understand why recent tools are not changing established behaviors and design practical interventions that drive action.
Rather than simply delivering training, you will help users incorporate new decisions and workflows into their day-to-day operations.
You will work with operators, specialists, and executives, tailoring change strategies to different motivations, concerns, and levels of influence.
A key part of the role is connecting user behavior and platform adoption to measurable financial value for customers.
You will operate with significant autonomy, prioritizing accounts where adoption and renewal opportunities create the greatest impact.

Accountabilities
Identify the critical decisions and behaviors that users need to change in order to realize value from the platform.
Design practical adoption strategies that integrate new recommendations and workflows into users' existing processes rather than creating unnecessary additional steps.
Help users reach their first meaningful business result quickly and remove barriers preventing them from taking action.
Engage directly with different stakeholder groups, adapting change and communication approaches for operators, specialists, executives, and other users.
Monitor user activity and adoption patterns, distinguishing meaningful actions from basic logins or passive platform usage.
Track user decisions and connect adoption metrics to measurable financial outcomes that customer executives can understand and validate.
