We are currently seeking an experienced qualified to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role as a Tech Lead & Service manager, you will:

Accountable for the end-to-end technical ownership and operational stability of Java-based data ingestion platforms, spanning resilience, monitoring, and production support. Responsibilities include rapid incident resolution, performance and capacity management, cluster patching and upgrades,



security and standards compliance, and coaching junior engineers on data ingestion technologies such as NiFi and Kafka.

Platform & System Management:

Monitor, maintain, and support Java-based applications to meet agreed stability and performance targets, ensuring alignment with technology standards.
Plan and deliver platform maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and configuration management; troubleshoot data pipeline issues to protect data integrity and optimise throughput.

Incident Management & Resolution:

Lead the detection, triage, investigation, and resolution of production incidents, driving root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.
Run post-incident reviews to capture learnings and control gaps, assign clear owners to actions, and track deliverables through to closure.

Technical Leadership & Guidance:
