Analyst – Transaction Monitoring Operations Location: Thane, India Grade: 6 Work Schedule: Roster-based role covering 7:30 AM IST to 4:00 PM IST. Weekend coverage is mandatory, and the role requires working every weekend as part of a 6-day working model, with weekly compensatory off as per roster. Position Summary We are seeking an Analyst – Transaction Monitoring Operations to support operational reviews of transactions, alerts, and exceptions flagged for review.



The role is execution-focused and requires the analyst to follow approved SOPs, review assigned cases accurately, apply judgment for exception handling, make defined operational decisions, document outcomes clearly, and escalate unusual or unresolved exceptions as per procedure. Key Responsibilities Transaction Monitoring Execution Review transactions, alerts, and exceptions flagged for transaction monitoring based on defined rules, thresholds, and SOPs. Assess transactions, alerts, and exceptions for basic risk indicators, unusual activity, and process deviations. Make defined operational decisions on transaction monitoring cases and exception handling within approved SOPs and escalation guidelines. Escalate suspicious, unusual, or unresolved transactions, alerts, or exceptions to the appropriate team lead, manager, or escalation queue.
