Position Summary
Zeeco India is seeking an experienced Process Engineer with 7 to 10 years to join its engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing process engineering activities for combustion and process equipment projects, from concept development through detailed engineering and commissioning support.
The ideal candidate will possess robust process engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience in the Oil & Gas, Heavy Engineering, EPC, or Process Equipment industry.
Exposure to combustion systems, process safety, and multidisciplinary engineering projects will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop process design basis and execute process engineering activities for customer projects.
Prepare and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;), Process Design Basis, and engineering calculations.
Perform process calculations including:
Heat & Material Balance
Hydraulic calculations
Line sizing
Pressure drop calculations
Utility consumption calculations
Equipment sizing and selection
Prepare process datasheets and technical specifications for process equipment.
Support the design and engineering of pressure vessels, separators, heat exchangers, pumps, tanks, skids, and other process equipment.
Participate in process safety activities including HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, and design review meetings.
