This is a senior, hands-on growth marketing prospect focused on building a repeatable B2B demand-generation engine.
You will work closely with executive stakeholders to turn expertise into targeted campaigns, compelling content, and qualified sales opportunities.
The role spans strategy and execution across content, outreach, email marketing, SEO, website optimisation, and marketing automation.
You will own initiatives across the full funnel, from prospect research and lead capture through nurturing, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
Success will be measured by qualified responses, sales conversations, opportunities, and measurable revenue impact rather than content volume alone.

Accountabilities:
Build and execute a repeatable B2B demand-generation strategy designed to generate qualified leads, sales conversations, opportunities, and pipeline.
Conduct targeted prospect research and develop personalised outreach campaigns aligned with priority audiences and business objectives.
Create and manage content across LinkedIn, websites, email, newsletters, and long-form formats, translating complex or executive-level topics into engaging and accessible messaging.
Develop founder-led and expert-led content programs, including video production and editing using appropriate tools and workflows.
Manage email marketing, lead nurturing, campaign execution, and conversion initiatives throughout the customer funnel.
Publish and optimise website content, landing pages, and on-page SEO initiatives to improve discoverability and lead
