Summary:
The Global Trading team is seeking to enhance its trading analytics and execution research capabilities by adding a partner focused on developing scalable, data-driven solutions to support the trading desk. This role will concentrate on transaction cost analysis (TCA), broker performance evaluation,



market microstructure research and other data analytics to improve execution quality and trading outcomes.
The ideal candidate will combine robust technical expertise with practical market insight to translate complex trading data into actionable intelligence. This individual will work closely with traders to deliver a real-time trading research dashboard/platform, optimize execution strategies, and analyze routing decisions.
This role is central to advancing trading performance by embedding rigorous analytics into the trading workflow and driving continuous improvement in trading efficiency and decision-making.
