As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (Mechanical) within the Product Development division at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will engage in a comprehensive, structured training program that combines technical, practical, and leadership development. You will gain hands-on experience by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product development, manufacturing, quality assurance, and operations. Your contributions will be directly linked to the execution of key engineering projects that drive innovation and product excellence.Your training will cover fundamental engineering principles such as Engineering Physics, Engineering Mathematics, and Basic Statistics. You will develop skills in problem analysis, design thinking, concept generation, and detailed design, focusing on creative problem-solving methods.Project management basics and industrial engineering concepts will provide you with essential tools for efficient execution of projects. Key technical areas include mechanism design, gears, shafts, subsystem design,



and computer-aided engineering (CAE) with an emphasis on durability and fatigue theory.
