Summary
We are seeking a seasoned IT Contract Staffing Recruiter with a proven track record of 2 to 4 years in domestic contract-to-hire (CTH) placements. This pivotal role focuses on identifying and securing top-tier talent for specialized and enterprise-level technology positions. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in navigating complex hiring landscapes for both service-oriented and product-driven organizations, utilizing a diverse array of professional networks to build robust talent pools. This position is essential for driving rapid, high-quality staffing solutions that align with evolving client needs in the technology sector.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT contract-to-hire engagements, from initial requirement analysis to final onboarding.
Proactively source, evaluate, and shortlist candidates possessing specialized skills in high-demand technology domains.
Address hiring needs across a broad spectrum of technologies, including SAP, Data & AI, Cloud computing,
Digital transformation, and Enterprise Applications.
Interpret complex job descriptions to pinpoint and engage the most suitable talent from the competitive market.
Cultivate and sustain deep pipelines of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill and niche technical roles.
Leverage multiple sourcing channels, such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Naukri, and industry-specific job boards, to maximize reach.
Actively engage passive candidates through strategic networking and direct outreach on professional platforms.
Facilitate all stages of candidate interaction, including screening, submission coordination, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
Uphold strict service level agreements regarding submission quality and turnaround times to meet client expectations.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to align recruitment strategies with client priorities.
