A Day in the Life
The ServiceNow function enables scalable, enterprise-wide digital workflows that support business operations and service delivery across the organization. This team partners closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams to optimize processes, improve user experiences, and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives.
This position is based in Hyderabad, India and follows a Flex work model, combining in-office collaboration with remote work. The role supports collaboration with global teams across multiple regions and functions.

Consults with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes and identify complex business problems and needs turning those needs into system requirements
Analyses business requirements and translating them into actionable ServiceNow tasks and projects.
Provides technical expertise for system functional specifications and deploys recent and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner
Works closely with stakeholders, including business users, ServiceNow architects, and developers, to ensure solutions align with organizational goals and are implemented effectively.
Translate high-level process definitions into detailed ServiceNow implementation designs (epics, features, user stories)
