Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner in cabin design, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive Design engineering activities aimed at delivering effective technical solutions in aircraft cabin. This role requires collaboration across various engineering disciplines, including configuration management and technical oversight. The practitioner actively engages in problem-solving by applying a blend of scientific principles, socio-economic insights,



and hands-on experience to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects. Daily tasks may include coordinating with cross-functional teams, reviewing technical documentation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering processes to support business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end ownership for timely and high-quality delivery of assigned work orders.
- Analyze available cabin design input data and requirements to develop engineering deliverables and proactively request additional input from customers when required.
- Activities will include creation of Change Documents, 3D assembly, 2D drawings, stakeholder management etc.
- Perform quality control and assurance for all created or revised technical documentation.
- Prepare and maintain supporting documentation such as lessons learned, root cause analysis (RCA), and enhancement/training materials.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to team
