Job Summary

LPL Financial Corp is seeking an experienced Production Support QE Manager to lead a team responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of our production systems. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and a strong focus on incident prevention and resolution within a critical financial services environment.

Job Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Production Support Quality Engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.




* Oversee the development and implementation of robust testing strategies for production support, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response validation.
* Drive the analysis of production incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing preventative measures and automated solutions to minimize recurrence.
* Collaborate closely with development, operations, and business teams to understand system architecture, data flows, and critical business processes.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track the health, performance, and reliability of production systems.
* Champion best practices in production support, including incident management, problem management, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
