We are currently seeking an experinced professional to join the GCOO Payment Services team.
Principal Responsibilities

Supporting daily operations and administration of capital account transactions and queries - ECB/ODI/FDI/BOLOPO etc , regulatory filings, RBI liaison, customer and business engagement etc.) in order to achieve a high level of efficiency and customer service, which would help attain strategic and operating objectives of the Bank.

Ensure proper mailbox monitoring and timely responses to avoid any escalations

Well versed with using Powerpoint, Excel, PowerBI and other tools for extracting data for senior management MIS.

Co-ordinating with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned activities.





Supporting automation activities within the team

Maintain HSBC internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.

Role Requirements / Education Qualifications / Certifications / Experience:
