About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Engineer to be the technical heart of our customer relationships. You'll sit at the intersection of engineering and customer success — helping customers adopt and get lasting value from our product. When customers hit a technical wall, you're the person who understands both their goals and our system deeply enough to unblock them.
What You'll Do
• Own the technical relationship with a portfolio of customers • Lead implementation: integrations, configuration, data migration, and API setup.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues,



escalating to engineering when needed and seeing them through to resolution.
• Partner with Growth & Retention Managers to drive adoption, expansion, and retention.
• Build solutions and scripts that help customers succeed with our product.
• Run technical reviews, health checks, and best-practice sessions to keep accounts healthy and reduce churn.
• Translate customer feedback into clear, prioritized input for product and engineering.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and self-service resources.
What We're Looking For Required
• [2+] years in a customer-facing technical role (Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Sales Engineering, or similar).
• Robust technical aptitude: comfortable with APIs, integrations, and reading/writing scripts (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL).
• Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex technical concepts to both
