Job Description Summary
Analog Devices is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join the Central Industrial Engineering team. This role will lead high-impact initiatives focused on capacity modeling, factory scheduling, cycle time reduction, operations research, and productivity improvement across ADI's front-end manufacturing network. The successful candidate will drive development of cross-site analytical models, optimization tools, and data-driven decision systems that maximize factory output,



support expansion planning, and establish standardized Industrial Engineering practices across multiple manufacturing sites.
Responsibilities
Lead development of cross-site capacity models, utilization analyses, loading scenarios, and expansion planning studies.
Drive cycle time reduction and WIP optimization initiatives through Factory Physics methodologies, bottleneck analysis, and constraint management.
Develop and maintain advanced analytical tools supporting factory scheduling, output optimization, and operational decision making.
Perform operations research and statistical analyses to identify key output levers and productivity improvement opportunities.
Design and implement predictive models, optimization algorithms, and AI-enabled analytical solutions for manufacturing applications.
