What You Will Do *
Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis and 5-axis VMC & Router machining operations, as well as sheet metal part programming, using CAM applications such as Mastercam, UG NX, and RADAN.
Plan and support machining processes including milling, drilling, grooving, tapping, threading, and waterjet cutting.
Prepare, review, and validate manufacturing process documentation (work instructions and SOPs).
Collaborate with shop-floor teams to support job setup, clamping, tooling selection, and process improvements.
Use Siemens NX (UG NX) and Teamcenter to extract dimensional data and validate 3D CAD models.
Select cutting tools using machining parameters based on materials and aerospace manufacturing standards.
Support tooling, jigs, fixtures, and tool-holding design activities.
Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T; to ensure manufacturing accuracy.
Coordinate with quality and production teams to maintain compliance with AS9100 standards.
Utilize ERP/SAP systems for production planning and manufacturing tracking.
