AML/KYC Risk Management and Outsourcing Manager
Northern Trust is seeking an experienced and highly motivated governance professional to lead the day-to-day oversight of AML/KYC risk management and outsourcing governance activities within the First Line of Defence (1LOD) AML/KYC function.



Reporting to the Global Head of AML/KYC Governance, this role will be responsible for ensuring effective governance, oversight, and risk management across the KYC Center of Excellence (CoE).
The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to Business Unit leadership, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and outsourcing partners, helping to strengthen Northern Trust’s AML/KYC risk framework and ensuring governance obligations are executed consistently across the global operating model.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of AML/KYC risks across the Center of Excellence.
Oversee the management of issues, control deficiencies, audit findings, and regulatory actions, ensuring timely remediation and sustainable resolution.
Coordinate and support enterprise risk management activities, including Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessments (EWRA),
