Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspection and maintenance of building systems and equipment.
Attend breakdown calls and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Carry out minor electrical repairs, wiring checks, lighting replacements, and DB maintenance.
Handle plumbing repairs including leak fixing, pipe replacement, and sanitary fittings.
Support HVAC maintenance such as filter cleaning, thermostat checks, and AC troubleshooting.
Perform basic carpentry, painting, and civil repair work.
Maintain generators, pumps, motors, and water systems.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company policies.
Record daily maintenance activities and submit service reports.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors when required.
Assist during emergency situations and facility shutdowns.
Monitor inventory of maintenance tools and spare parts.

Requirements
Required Skills
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly.
Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) is an advantage.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Understanding of workplace safety procedures.
Ability to work in shifts if required.
