Role Overview
In this role, you will lead the front-end team in developing responsive and high-performance user interfaces while collaborating closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to ensure design feasibility. You will maintain rigorous code quality standards through code reviews, optimize application performance for scalability, and act as a mentor to junior and mid-level developers. Additionally, you will serve as a key technical resource by unblocking the team, resolving complex bugs,



and contributing to the growth of the engineering team through effective hiring and onboarding processes.
Position Responsibilities
Develop User Interfaces: Lead the front-end team in development related activities, while addressing and resolving technical queries from the team.
Collaborate on Design: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to turn visual designs into working code.
Maintain Code Quality: Conduct internal code reviews and enforce the writing of clean, well-documented, and testable code adhering to Google coding standards.
Optimize Performance: Employ advanced techniques to ensure applications load quickly, run seamlessly, and scale across diverse devices and web browsers.
Mentoring: Guiding junior and mid-level developers, pairing with them on complex bugs, and helping them level up their skills.
Unblocking: Acting as a shield for the team by removing technical hurdles, resolving access iss
