This is a senior engineering opportunity focused on the long-term stability, scalability, and evolution of production web applications.
You will take ownership of features beyond their initial launch, improving established systems across both frontend and backend technologies.
The role combines hands-on development with production troubleshooting, performance optimization, code quality, and technical stewardship.
You will work extensively with React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript while optimizing APIs, data models, and cloud infrastructure.
AI-powered coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex will be part of your daily workflow, helping accelerate refactoring, maintenance, and engineering improvements.
You will collaborate with clients, product stakeholders, designers, and engineers in a quick-paced, delivery-focused consulting environment.

Accountabilities:
Maintain, optimize, and continuously evolve production features across React/Next.js frontends and Node.js/TypeScript backends.
Take ownership of the long-term health, reliability, and performance of established web applications.
Refactor and scale APIs while improving underlying data models and database performance to support growing workloads.
Review existing codebases and implement improvements that enhance maintainability, readability, consistency, and performance.
Monitor production telemetry and proactively identify potential reliability, performance, or scalability issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents while helping maintain high availability and a strong user experience.
