Job Overview: The role is responsible for leading installation, erection, and commissioning activities for industrial equipment, including SPM fastening machines and lifting systems such as balancers, hoists, jib cranes, and manipulators. The candidate will ensure seamless in office execution, troubleshooting, and handover while coordinating with customers and internal teams. A strong focus on technical execution, safety compliance, and customer support is essential,



along with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and deliver projects efficiently from Day 1.
Responsibilities:

Lead and execute installation, erection, and commissioning of SPM Machine (Fastening) and industrial lifting equipment such as Balancer, Jib cranes, hoists, and customized Manipulators machines.
Ensure proper alignment, assembly, and fitment of mechanical components at the site.
Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams for smooth site execution.
Carry out pre-commissioning checks at IR and at customer site, trial runs, and final handover.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and basic electrical issues during installation and commissioning.
Ensure compliance with safety norms, allow systems, and site regulations.
Interpret engineering drawings, GA drawings, and wiring diagrams for execution.
Prepare site reports, daily progress updates, commissioning reports, and punch
