We are seeking an experienced IP Network Specialist to provide advanced technical support, incident management, fault resolution, and service restoration across complex service provider network environments. This role is ideal for a networking professional with robust expertise in IP/MPLS, Segment Routing, Transport and Optical technologies who thrives in high-severity operational environments. The successful candidate will act as a key escalation point for critical network incidents, collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage directly with customers, and contribute to continuous service improvement and operational excellence.What you’ll do
Incident Management & Service Restoration
Act as the technical resolution point for major incidents and critical core network outages.
Take end-to-end ownership of incidents until full service restoration is achieved.
