Position Responsibilities

Implement and manage a large volume portfolio of key customer accounts
Responsible for optimal solution design and ensure it meets the client’s business needs
Work closely with stakeholders within each customer account to identify their workflow processes and business challenges to create a Business Requirements document and project plan with the goal of a successful implementation of their chosen Replicon solution
Oversee successful implementation/configuration of Replicon’s product suite for each customer account by closely working with business analyst
Develop a strategy for each engagement by identifying their critical success criteria, measurable milestones, potential risks, and recommended
