The role
The Benelux Strategy Lead is sitting at the very centre of of our business.



Your main objective will be to develop and execute comprehensive strategies based on clear analysis and insights to optimize and drive durable growth, both in the In-Home (IH) and Out-Of-Home (OOH) channel. You will be the one that looks forward, driving key commercial, category and operational topics across both Belgium & The Netherlands, with the aim of making our business commercially sustainable and future proof. You will do so by leveraging insights from the retailer landscape, category analysis, shopper trends, and market dynamics to unlock solutions for the challenges the BNX-cluster faces. To succeed in your role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, sales & supply) to ensure alignment and effectiveness in execution
The role will report directly into the Benelux General Manager, sits within the BNX Leadership Team and is based in Amsterdam.
