Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions using Dell ISG portfolio:
Dell PowerEdge Servers
Power Store, Power Scale, Power Flex, Power Vault Storage
Dell Networking
Hybrid Cloud and AI Infrastructure
Translate customer business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
Customer Engagement
Conduct discovery workshops and technical assessments.
Present solution architectures to customer IT teams and leadership.
Act as a trusted advisor for digital transformation initiatives.
Pre-Sales Support
Support Account /Sales /Product Managers during the sales cycle.
Develop BoMs, HLDs, LLDs, solution proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses.
Perform sizing, configuration, and solution validation.
Technical Demonstrations
Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
Showcase Dell Technologies and competitive differentiation.
Business Development




Identify opportunities for modernization, cloud adoption, AI, virtualization, and data center transformation.
Collaborate with Dell sales teams, partners, and OEM alliances.
