Key Responsibilities:

Work Knowledge and Skills

Strong understanding of project scheduling across all stages (pre-contract and post-contract).
Preparation and maintenance of detailed project schedules aligned with baseline timelines.




Ability to develop and manage resource-loaded schedules.
Hands-on experience in scheduling for construction of industrial/manufacturing facilities.
Proficiency in scheduling tools such as MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
Familiarity with Civil, Structural, and MEP project components.

Pre-Contract Responsibilities

Support development of preliminary project schedules during the planning phase.
Assist in defining timelines for design development and procurement activities.
Coordinate with stakeholders to establish realistic sequencing and durations.
Review proposed timelines from contractors/vendors and highlight risks.
Support planning of work packages and procurement timelines including long-lead items.

Post-Contract Responsibilities

Develop detailed execution schedules in coordination with contractors and vendors.
Monitor and update schedules regularly based on project progress.
