We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Associate Director, Enterprise Architecture
In this role, you will:

Working with the Value Stream Lead Architect to define and deliver architectural roadmaps for UK Common Services, focusing on Service Enablement and Customer Comms.
Engage key stakeholders to shape strategic investment decisions and drive desired technology outcomes.




Promote adoption of CTO strategic platforms for new application hosting and AI enablement.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align architecture with value-stream goals and delivery plans,
Provide hands-on technical leadership through coding, design reviews, and assurance of critical solution implementations.
Assess emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
Act as the technical point of contact, clearly communicating architectural decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations across agile, distributed teams.
Ensure compliance with internal instructions (FIMs/GSMs/circulars) and external regulations, managing operational risk and ethical standards.

Proven experience designing and integrating utilities such as workflow, case management, and document management solutions.
Strong track record defining and implementing arch
