Who we are looking for:
The Vice President, CPO Business Management plays a critical role in the day‑to‑day business management, operational reporting, and strategic communication of the Product organization. This role sits at the intersection of content, business management, and execution, supporting the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the CPO.
The role is responsible for driving operational rigor and transparency across the CPO through business management reporting, headcount and capacity tracking, risk and control support, OKRs, operating model documentation, and monthly business review (MBR) commentary, while continuing to own and govern Product content and narrative.
The individual will bring strong execution discipline, analytical insight, and structured thinking to help Product leadership navigate complex priorities, trade‑offs, and operating challenges with clarity and pace.
This role partners closely with the Product CAO and Product leadership to ensure that Product strategy, performance, and risks are clearly articulated,



consistently governed, and effectively communicated.
The ideal candidate combines solid strategic judgment, executive communication expertise, and operational discipline, with the ability to lead content at scale in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
