Role Overview
In this role, you will manage domain mapping, optimize network traffic and routing, and maintain infrastructure configurations while troubleshooting complex network issues and updating legacy systems to ensure reliable, secure, and performant web services.
Position Responsibilities
Set Up and Manage Domain Mapping: Configure and maintain domain mapping systems to link custom domains, subdomains, and short URLs to web applications and CDNs.
Manage Network Traffic and Routing:



Oversee web request routing to ensure paths are secure, reliable, and fast across server networks.
Update Older Configurations: Review and update existing codebases, configuration files, and deployment scripts to align routing setups without breaking live production systems.
Keep Documentation Up to Date: Write clear configuration code and technical documentation for the team.
Troubleshoot Routing Issues: Diagnose and fix common and edge-case network issues, such as DNS propagation delays, SSL/TLS handshake errors, and certificate mismatches.

Minimum Requirements
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in network engineering, systems administration, or site reliability engineering working with domain infrastructure.
Strong Knowledge of DNS: Understanding of DNS management, including configuring standard records (A, AAAA, CNAME, TXT, MX, NS) and managing domain registrars.
