Job Title: Assistant project Lead
Industry: Commercial Real Estate / Construction (Project Management Consultancy – PMC)
Role Overview / Purpose
APL– Civil Engineering will be responsible for site-level execution, coordination, and quality oversight of large-scale commercial construction projects. Operating within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment, the role focuses on ensuring that civil and structural works are delivered in accordance with approved designs, specifications, timelines, budgets,



and safety standards for complex commercial developments.
Key Responsibilities
Construction Supervision & Execution
Supervise day-to-day civil and structural construction activities at site for commercial projects.
Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and construction schedules.
Monitor progress of contractors and subcontractors to achieve milestone targets.
Identify constructability issues and coordinate timely resolutions with stakeholders.
Quality Control & Safety Compliance
Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures for civil works.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, relevant IS codes, and industry best practices.
Conduct inspections, site audits, and snag closure related to RCC and structural works.
Enforce adherence to approved safety plans, HSE norms, and statutory safety requirements at site.
