About the role: The Key Account Manager | Quick Commerce & E- Commerce is responsible for theday-to-day management of Subko's marketplace and quick commerce accounts. Therole focuses on driving operational excellence across platforms by ensuring listingaccuracy, catalogue health, pricing consistency, inventory availability, promotionalexecution, and platform performance. Working closely with the Quick Commerce & Ecommerce Manager, this role acts as thebridge between platform partners and internal teams including Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Finance,



and Customer Experience to ensure seamlessexecution and sustainable business growth. Roles & Responsibilities:1. Marketplace & Platform Management Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned Ecommerce and Quick Commerce platforms including Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart, Noon, and other relevant marketplaces. Ensure all product listings remain accurate, updated, and compliant with platform guidelines. Monitor catalogue health, pricing accuracy, availability, and listing performance across all assigned platforms. Coordinate with platform account managers to resolve listing issues, catalogue errors, and operational escalations.2. Catalogue & Content Management Ensure complete and accurate product information including product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and promotional content.
