As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, target-driven Academy Sales Manager to lead our student admissions, counselling, sales and enrolment activities. About the Role The Academy Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the complete student sales journey—from initial enquiry and counselling through to admission, enrolment and fee collection. The successful candidate must have proven experience working in an academy, educational institution, Ed Tech company, language-training centre, study-abroad organisation or similar education setting. They should be capable of managing a team of student counsellors,



developing an effective sales process and consistently achieving monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
