We're looking for a data-driven performance marketer with a proven track record of scaling Google Ads accounts for D2C/e-commerce brands — someone who thrives on growth, owns their numbers, and knows how to unlock efficiency at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Own customer acquisition and revenue growth for the US market through paid search and shopping campaigns
Scale Google Ads accounts aggressively — identify growth levers, expand audiences, and push ROAS targets
Monitor and optimise campaigns daily using ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate as north-star metrics
Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages
Collaborate with creative and web teams to improve landing page experience and conversion rates
Set up and maintain GA4, conversion tracking, and performance dashboards for full-funnel visibility
Identify whitespace opportunities to scale budgets and expand into new channels





Requirements

2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Proven ability to scale Google Ads accounts — from campaign structuring to budget expansion
Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Bing Ads
D2C / e-commerce experience is mandatory — you understand the full funnel from click to purchase
Experience managing large ad budgets of at least $100K+ per month
Robust analytical mindset — you make decisions from data, not gut feel

Good to Have

• Experience with Amazon Ads
• Familiarity with Shopify or D2C e-commerce brands
